About Mansour Moussavian

As a real estate broker, Mansour brings over fifteen years of dedicated experience in the industry, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professional integrity. Mansour transitioned to real estate after earning his M.S. degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and working for over 20 years in engineering and management roles at Silicon Valley companies.

 

Mansour has consulted with real estate professionals, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, contractors, and local government entities. His work in securing entitlements, developing and reviewing construction plans, updating designs, and creating cost estimates has informed his ability to study and evaluate real estate properties and raw land for residential development in the Bay Area.

 

In addition to his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering, Mansour is a registered professional civil engineer in the State of California and holds a California General Contractor’s license.

 

He utilizes his extensive knowledge and unique experiences daily in real estate practice and negotiations. Understanding that real estate transactions are often one of the most significant financial undertakings in a person’s life, Mansour is unwavering in his commitment to protecting his client’s best interests.

 

Mansour and his wife Kathy have lived in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills for over 25 years, where they have raised their children. They are grateful for their community and have always shown their appreciation through extensive volunteer efforts in youth sports and other civic activities.
